The vNE retainer ensures you have dedicated access to network engineering resources for routine operational tasks. Any time from the retainer can be utilised for Network Engineer tier services or any lower tier services, providing flexibility in how you use your allocated time.

Contract Terms

  • Monthly Allocation: 3 to 10 hours per month
  • Billing: Monthly, in advance
  • Contract Term: 12 months
  • Time Rollover: Unused allocation lapses at month end
